Fab5 is an initiative of the Northwest Leadership Foundation. The organization was created to provide conduits for the youth to develop their talent within the hip-hop culture.  Fab5 provides youth with safe, drug and alcohol free events. The Pacific Northwest lacks events where youth can come together to showcase their talent and earn respect among their peers.

The mission of Fab5 is to bridge the gap between the youth of Pierce County, specifically the hip-hop generation and the older generation to provide mentorship, leadership and positive role models.

Fab5's goal is to foster and cultivate the youth's various talents in break dancing, emceeing, djing and graffiti art.
