Urban Leaders In Training
The Northwest Leadership Foundation is currently seeking applicants for its Urban Leaders in Training initiative.

Urban Leaders in Training (ULT), an initative of the Northwest Leadership Foundation, is a fulltime 10-12 month intensive service and leadership development experience. ULT participants are placed with a Tacoma non-profit, church or community organization to serve high-needs and historically underserved populations throughout Tacoma, participate in ongoing leadership training and development, and seek the ongoing transformation and welfare of the city. Interns receive a monthly living stipend, weekly training and the opportunity to earn an AmeriCorps Education Award.
